April is a popular month for Canadian scholarships.

There are many prizes for graduating high school students and those already enrolled in college or university.

It’s important to know that there are many different types of scholarships, too. Of course, there are merit scholarships, which are based on academic performance and GPA. However, there are need-based scholarships, scholarships by major, school-based scholarships, and many more as well.

This means that good scholarship options likely exist for you or your child.

To help you with finding scholarships with April deadlines, we’ve picked 10 awards from our free scholarship finder. But before applying, always read scholarships terms and conditions. It’s also a good idea to understand what a scholarship committee may be looking for.

Good luck with your scholarship search! Here’s a list of 10 April scholarships for Canadian students.
